The Genesis of KingdomExec can be traced back to 2006 when it was simply the blueprint for a brilliant idea. A then high school intern, Asha Dèree White, thrived in an understaffed dental office where God revealed her passion and purpose for helping others. Just ten years later she became an assistant to multiple executives and ran into the inescapable burnout one can endure when burdened by the weights of responsibility. Stretched thin trying to balance obligations to her clients and even lending them a supportive ear, she playfully entertained the thought of cloning herself to manage it all.
Asha was reminded that humans are not machines capable of doing everything themselves, and as the demand for her services grew she realized that there would be times when even the assistant needed assistance. Simultaneously navigating multiple responsibilities such as organizing, problem-solving, representation, and advocacy felt overwhelming and impossible to achieve. However, feeling burned out, she further accepted that the roles of an assistant or executive are only a small portion of life's many demands, and having multiple clones was not a practical solution.
In those moments of struggle, fear, and epiphany, Asha saw how the absence of a nurturing support system, fostering both personal and professional development, can diminish the prospective success of a business. The desire to share her experiences, impart knowledge, and support numerous executives concurrently, led to the cultivation of her God-given dream, KingdomExec.
