THE ORIGIN OF KINGDOMEXEC.

“KingdomExec was born from both burnout and breakthrough. I know what it’s like to lead on empty, and I also know what’s possible when leaders are poured into, not just pulled on. This is more than a brand—it’s a sacred space where purpose-driven leaders grow, heal, and rise with Christ at the center.”
— Asha Dèree White, Founder of KingdomExec

KingdomExec: A Calling, Not Just a Career

The vision for KingdomExec was first whispered in 2006—long before it had a name. As a high school intern at the very hospital where she was born, Asha Dèree White encountered more than just workplace experience—she encountered divine purpose. It was there that God began to stir within her a deep desire to serve with excellence, lead with humility, and support others in building something greater than themselves. What began as a quiet spark would eventually grow into a Kingdom movement—rooted in faith and aligned with divine assignment.

After high school, Asha took her first job at Chick-fil-A—an experience that would shape her early understanding of servant leadership, hospitality, and grace under pressure. Years later, after completing her college education, she returned to Chick-fil-A as a Marketing Director. The same young woman who once bagged meals was now leading campaigns, managing community engagement, and advancing brand initiatives with purpose and precision. It was a full-circle moment that reinforced her values of integrity, excellence, and people-first leadership.

As her professional journey continued, Asha went on to launch her own business in 2014—Asha Dèree & Co.—a boutique consulting firm offering event production, marketing strategy, and executive support services. There, she curated and coordinated high-level corporate events and brand campaigns for a wide range of organizations, including prominent churches, nonprofits, and faith-based movements. Her gift for blending strategy with Spirit allowed her to serve leaders with both professionalism and heart—helping them bring visionary ideas to life with clarity and impact.

While supporting C-suite executives and ministry leaders, Asha was often carrying the invisible weight of emotional labor and spiritual depletion. The demand for her leadership kept growing—but so did the personal cost.

And in the midst of that climb, Asha embraced one of her most sacred assignments yet—motherhood. Becoming a mother added new layers of wisdom and depth to her leadership. It taught her to move with grace, lead with legacy in mind, and honor the personal just as much as the professional. It was a holy reminder that leadership isn’t just about platforms—it’s about people. And even the strongest women need sacred space to rest, reset, and rise.

In the sacred tension between burnout and breakthrough, KingdomExec was born.

Asha envisioned a space for leaders—CEOs, founders, creatives, and visionaries—who carry much but rarely pause to receive. A space where faith meets strategy, excellence meets rest, and the marketplace and ministry can coexist—without compromise. A space where leadership is Spirit-led, family-honoring, and purpose-driven.

KingdomExec exists to meet that need.

More than a leadership network, KingdomExec is a Christ-centered community that equips purpose-driven leaders to grow, serve, and thrive—without forfeiting peace, identity, or wholeness. Through Spirit-led coaching, strategic development, and holistic support, we nurture leaders in every dimension: spirit, soul, and strategy.

At KingdomExec, we don’t just shape leaders.
We cultivate Kingdom culture shifters.
